There’s something special about stepping into a musician’s home. The walls often echo with creativity—guitars leaning casually in the corner, stacks of vinyl, notes scribbled on scraps of paper that might later become a chorus. When I arrived at his San Francisco apartment to prepare for our upcoming photo shoot, I knew this wardrobe session was going to be more than just pulling clothes off hangers—it was about curating a look that expressed his sound, his energy, and his story.
By the end of the session, we had curated a small collection of looks that felt unmistakably him but elevated for the camera. As I packed up and left his place, the city lights of San Francisco shimmered outside, reminding me why I love this work: styling isn’t just about clothes, it’s about storytelling. And with musicians, the story is always rich with rhythm, soul, and authenticity.
